    Sal Ismail

    General Partner

    Sal was with Lehman Brothers and Refco as an equity derivatives trader and options market maker. He went on to start Bluebridge, an options market making firm, where he also developed their risk management and trading software. Sal later co-founded and was lead-developer of e-commerce site Petfoo. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of California at Berkeley.

    Jude O’Kelly

    General Partner

    Jude started his finance career in corporate finance at Mizuho Securities and later moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jude was sole developer of derivativesONE, an online financial derivatives valuation tool with over 50,000 active users.

    Jude holds a Masters in Quantitative Finance and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA). Jude was a founding board member of GoGoVan (2013-2014). Jude blogs at judeokelly.com.

    Raymond Yip

    Venture Partner

    Raymond Yip is a Venture Partner at Mount Parker Ventures. Previously, he was a Partner and program lead at an accelerator program focusing on investing in AI startups in Asia. Prior to that, he was a co-founder and CEO of Clickful, an online advertising solution for businesses in Asia, and a co-founder and former CEO of Shopline, a startup that was accelerated by 500 Startups. Shopline is also a portfolio company of Mount Parker Ventures.

    Raymond is a mentor at Entrepreneur First and Founder Institute advising teams on entrepreneurship, fundraising and team building. Prior to startups, he was at General Motors, Lehman Brothers and Citi between the U.S. and Asia over an extensive career in technology. He is also a UI/UX and graphic designer.
